ELDERBERRY - EXTRA ELDERBERRY JAM 220G

Ingredients: ripe elderberries, sugar (added and naturally contained in the berries). The acidity regulator is citric acid.

Elderberry is produced from 73 g of elder berries per 100 g of product in our plant without preservatives, artificial aromas, dyes and fragrances.

100 g of product contains 47 g of carbohydrates (of which 47 g are sugar).

It can be used as a spread on bread (with butter), as a side dish to porridge, various grits, oatmeal, with yogurt, cheese, cream, in cakes , etc.

The product is regularly microbiologically analyzed in an authorized laboratory .

The product is pasteurized and has a shelf life of 18 months.

Store in the fridge after opening.

In the fall of 2023, Bazgić won a bronze diploma . The Directorate for Professional Support for Agricultural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture organized the 5th evaluation of processed food products of plant origin. In addition to employees of the Administration who deal with the processing of products of plant origin, recognized professors in that domain from the Faculty of Food and Biotechnology and the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Zagreb participated in the expert evaluation committee.
