SOKIĆ - ELDER BERRY JUICE 0.25L

ELDER BERRY JUICE is produced according to a traditional recipe . Ripe berries are hand-picked at the edges of forests and partly around our eco-certified fields and meadows. We planted our elderberry plantations, which are currently in the transition period of eco certification.

We keep added sugars to a minimum.

The product is free of preservatives, additives, artificial colors, fragrances, aromas, etc. The juice is pasteurized, microbiologically analyzed regularly in an authorized laboratory.

In the fall of 2023, our elderberry syrup (as an essential ingredient of this juice) he won a gold diploma . The Directorate for Professional Support for Agricultural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture organized the 5th evaluation of processed food products of plant origin. In addition to employees of the Administration who deal with the processing of products of plant origin, recognized professors in that domain from the Faculty of Food and Biotechnology and the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Zagreb participated in the expert evaluation committee.
